The importance of walking to be Human.






After doing reading various articles related to hiking, I decided to write about this activity that has become very popular and is a simple way to practice a physical exercise. It can be practiced by most people who have a good condition. Requires no special skills or specific training.

The walk can help control and reduce weight, but most are one of the most effective ways to strengthen our physical, mental and spiritual. Among the many benefits, helps to move the hypertensive blood pressure control, strengthening the heart, reducing the risk of atherosclerosis by lowering the levels of low-density lipoproteins, popular bad cholesterol (LDL), also increase high density lipoprotein the good cholesterol (HDL). Currently, in many parts of the world, the walk has become a favorite activity for patients recovering from a heart attack.

There are different types of walking, suited to the physical capability of the person who will practice it. We can cite, for example, low-intensity walking, which is practiced at a slow pace, especially recommended for beginners and for people who are overweight, elderly and those undergoing cardiac rehabilitation program. There is also a march moderate and high intensity, where the pace is much faster and can be taken by people fisicamante better prepared.

According to experts, the best practice is to walk three or more times per week, and at first the body may be a little surprised, but over time the body gets used and will become more enjoyable and fun. As for the distance to be traveled, she is also variable and should be lower in the initial stage and can gradually increase the frequency and distance.

It is important you chart a course to be fulfilled, it will strengthen your will to achieve their goals. Another factor that can not be overlooked is the kind of shoes and clothing to be used, and should be light and comfortable. We live in a society where time is worth money, so the best time to exercise is one that can be incorporated into your routine. The advantage of exercising in the morning is the awakening of the body, activating blood circulation, leaving you more alert and ready for the next day. In the evening the temperature is generally lighter and more body is fed, which causes a better performance in exercise.

The walk is for you to breathe, meditate, desestresse, among many other things. Look for the clouds, it appears that part of the environment. Walking can be a tonic for mind and body. Reinforcing its energy sources and promote emotional state more vibrant. Over time you will realize that walking will help you control your weaknesses, and emotional, for example, serving as an outlet for stress. It interessente also, when possible, walk with the family or group of friends, a good conversation can be very stimulating.

I do my walk at least three times a week and of course I tried my doctor before starting this exercise in order to make an assessment to rule out any risk. I recommend everyone to have the same attitude to be able to enjoy all the benefits that a good walk can bring to the body without causing any risk to health.

  1. I love walking Luis... it has been two weeks and I am loving it more than I ever though possible.... I have seen my doctor once and I am seeing her again in a week or so
